Upon receiving your smartwatch, please charge it before use as it may have a low battery after shipping. To set up, scan the QR code in the manual to download the FitPro app and connect your smartwatch.

Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 90 calendar days from the delivery date recorded by the carrier.
- For split shipments, the 90-day window applies to each parcel separately.
- For pre-orders/back-orders, the window starts from the actual delivery date, not the purchase date.
How to Initiate a Return

- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions, the correct return address, and a dispatch-by date.
- Do not return items before receiving your RMA, as unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Eligibility & Condition Requirements
- Items should be returned to the condition received, including all accessories, manuals, inserts, and original packaging, unless the return concerns a defective or damaged item.
