StrengthXPhysiotherapy operates using a trusted third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment model. We do not maintain a physical storefront or directly manage inventory. All products are securely stored in a professional 3PL warehouse.

This model allows us to focus on providing high-quality customer service while our logistics partner handles the storage and shipment of products efficiently.

Order Processing & Shipping

Once an order is placed, our 3PL partner handles the following:

  • Picking and packing products carefully
  • Shipping orders directly to customers in the United States
  • Providing tracking information for every order

Processing time: 1–2 business days

Shipping time to the US: 10–20 business days

Shipping carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS

All orders include tracking so you can monitor your shipment from warehouse to delivery.
