90-Day Return Window Policy

Purpose and scope

This page sets out the time window for starting a return with StrengthXPhysiotherapy. It supplements—does not replace—our Returns & Refunds Policy. If there is any inconsistency, the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer laws will prevail.

Return window

You may initiate a return within 90 calendar days from the date the order is marked “delivered” by the carrier or other delivery confirmation. For split shipments, the 90-day period applies separately to each parcel based on its own delivery date. For pre-orders and back-orders, the 90-day period begins on the actual delivery date, not the purchase date.

How to start a return (authorization required)

  1. Email support@strengthxphysiotherapy.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions, the correct return address, and a dispatch-by date.

  3. Do not send items back before receiving your RMA. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

Proof of delivery and delivery issues

The 90-day period is calculated using the carrier’s delivered scan or equivalent proof. If you believe a “delivered” scan is in error, or an item is lost/stolen, please notify us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier. Investigations may require photographs of packaging, the shipping label, or other reasonable information.

Eligibility during the window

Items should be returned in the condition received and include all accessories, manuals, inserts, and original packaging unless the return concerns a defect or damage on arrival. Any product-specific exclusions or hygiene/safety seals are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy and on the relevant product page where applicable. This page does not change those requirements.

Exchanges and replacements within 90 days

Where stock permits, you may request an exchange (e.g., model/size/color) or a like-for-like replacement for defective or damaged items. Exchange and replacement procedures follow the same RMA process and timelines as returns.

Return shipping costs, refunds, and timelines

Responsibility for return shipping costs, any restocking fees, refund method, and processing timelines are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. This 90-Day Return Window Policy addresses timing only. We will confirm practical details (labels, carrier, packaging, tracking) in your RMA email.

After the 90-day window

Returns initiated after 90 calendar days may be declined. If a product develops an issue after the window, you may still have rights under statutory consumer protections or any manufacturer warranty. Contact us and we will advise the best available option.

Fair use and abuse

We may limit or refuse returns in cases of misuse of the policy (for example, excessive wear inconsistent with normal evaluation, repeated “trial” returns, or items returned without authorization), always in accordance with applicable law.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this page limits any non-waivable consumer rights granted by the laws of your country or state of delivery.
